EXPECT MORE AGAINST CONGO AND SOUTH AFRICA

Aaron Samuel
Super Eagles midfielder, Aaron Samuel has told fans to expect a bumper performance from him in next month’’s crunch 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Congo and South Africa.

Samuel, whose invitation for last week’s AFCON qualifier against Sudan in Abuja was not well received by Nigerian fans, who wondered why ousted Coach Stephen Keshi would call-up a player playing in the less-fancied Chinese Super League, proved his critics and cynics wrong by posting a good showing.
For his efforts, Samuel scored Eagles second goal, which perhaps was the turning point for the Eagles in the Nations Cup qualification race.
“I thank God for this victory and also thank the fans for their show of love and promise to do more if invited for the next round of matches against Congo and South Africa”, said the 20 year-old former Shooting Stars player.
